Yes! When you get in touch with Procob, our consultants will provide instructions on how the system works and offer a certain number of test location queries so you can see the report layout and the effectiveness of the queries.
No, our plans do not have any kind of loyalty period. The customer can request cancellation of the contract at any time, and it will be canceled after thirty days.
For the system to be released, it is necessary for all requested documentation to be in compliance, the contract to be signed, and payment to be made. After all these steps, Procob will provide either the API release or a username and password for access to our system.
The acquisition of credits can be made directly through the Consultation System. The minimum purchase amount is R$50, and the registration in the system takes 24 hours. If necessary, you can send the receipt via email to the finance department to request release.
We offer a channel of access to Procob through which it is possible to request the inclusion or exclusion of your data. At this point, meeting the demands of data subjects and exercising their rights under articles 18 and 19 of Law 13,709/2018, known as the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), is centralized. After the request is formalized, the information will be thoroughly evaluated, and the necessary actions for resolution will be implemented.
